The Art of Popping-up

Pop-up Marketing offers a variety of packages to fit your needs and we can create customized plans.

Full Pop-up:  Includes scouting and securing locations, timeline, move-in & move-out, point of sale, merchandising, promotion of the pop-up pre, during and post pop-up.  Insurance, licenses, staffing and training. Closing and a final report.

 

Al a Carte Pop-up Services:

Real Estate Scouting:  Finding the perfect place to pop-up can be one of the biggest challenges to popping-up.  Let us take the time, energy and stress out of the search and scout.  This package includes scouting of three areas, a scouting report and a tour of each potential location.  *If a “traditional,” pop-up shop isn’t for you, we can work to give you an integrated program that includes a vendor truck, kiosks and/or a shop at outdoor/indoor markets or hotels.

Operations: If you don’t do retail regularly finding the right point of purchase and inventory system can be a complex and long process.  Pop-up Marketing can streamline this process.

Merchandising:  Merchandising an unfamiliar space can also be daunting. We will work to create a merchandising plan for you that includes signage, props and displays.

Promotion:  One of the best ways to have a successful pop-up is to promote it effectively and maximize the use of the space. We can use our public relations, integrated marketing and social media team to pre-promote your event.  We can also plan winning events (opening night party, editor’s event, market week, and sales meetings).

Insurance & licenses: Dealing with insurance and licenses is a frustrating experience.  Pop-up Marketing has expert sources to help set-up your pop-up with the right insurance for your needs and the experience to navigate the bureaucracy to get liquor and other licenses in a timely manner.

Move-in & Move-out: Moving is one of the top five stressors and it can elevate to the number one spot if you don’t have the right movers.  We have created a great team of movers that we can customize for any type of move.  Our team knows how to pack and properly care for fragile items and will place items upon move-in.  Price ranges depending on number of boxes and large/irregular/fragile items.

Sourcing Staff & Training:  A great sales staff can make a pop-up an amazing experience for you and your customers.  A well-trained, enthusiastic and polite staff can make your pop-up soar.  We have a large network of experienced employees to fill every position in your pop-up, including security.  We can source staff create a training program and have them ready to open your doors.  Price ranges depending on number of employees and level.
